I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours of studying psychology, men’s brains, men’s behavior, and meditation.

I Take A Different Approach Than Most Meditation “Experts” Out There

I don’t lecture you about getting everything perfect. I focus on the 20% that will give you 80% of the results.

It’s all about mastering the basics, so meditation becomes a valuable tool, not something else to consume huge chunks of your time and life.

I struggled and failed for years learning to meditate. Using my experience as an athlete, soldier, and a Mental Health Nurse I created a simple meditation system that I use myself and teach to others.
