It’s all about mastering the basics, so meditation becomes a valuable tool, not something else to consume huge chunks of your time and life.
I struggled and failed for years learning to meditate. Using my experience as an athlete, soldier, and a Mental Health Nurse I created a simple meditation system that I use myself and teach to others.
